The rest are beautiful except for the NA Building. Its roof looks like a paddy hut's. Needs to be rebuilt.
Agree, it's so ugly and it destroys the architectural harmony of the buildings and temples of that area. Both the roof and the front architecture look out of place, very Soviet-era type. They will likely tear it down or change its external structure to make it look more marmonious with the rest.
It was liked a jungle in 1975 when i was there, now it looks so much better and beautiful thanks to lao pdr.
Thank to Lao PDR??? I would say thank to the Lao natural resources and forests. During the war until 1975 you could not do much for country development. Left and right were fighting each other. Thirty seven years later Laos could have been more developed and Lao people more educated had the two Lao government left and right joined each other hand in hand since 1975.
