Now I know why This President don't want to go to Laos...he wants to bang this bietch....comeon nigga!!!
Come on man ! have class , don't act like uneducated Jerk, watch your languge .The president doesn't go to Laos because he has no business in Laos ,it is very simple.
Vietnamese government will not allow Laos government to invite President Obama to visit Laos before visiting Vietnam first such like other things such as the loan and other projects from foreign investors or abroad, Vietnam must be first then Laos. Any projects and any major decisions must be approve by Vietnamese government first .

It's absolutely childish to have such an idea. This has nothing to do with the Vietnamese government. Does the Viet encourage and allow Laos to to build the Sayabouly dam? NO, they protest against it. Does Laos side with Vietnam in the war going on regarding small islands in south China sea? NO, Laos does not. Not all things happening in Laos are being dictated on Lao government by the Viet, or the Chinese, or the Thai, even though each of these countries may have some influences in decision making on some issues in Laos.

Could Lao government stop the Vietnamese army from smuggling the Lao logs into Vietnam? Lao government know but do nothing and keep silent. Only the Dam most of major project must be consulted with the Vietnamese first then to obey and not to that is up the Lao government . A lot of influence from Vietnam in Laos and about the illegal immigrant Vietnamese and Lao border as well.

Are you smoking something??? The dams to constructued by the Viet must be consulted and agreed upon between Lao and Viet. The Nam Theun II dam construction had be agreed upon between Lao, Thai and France and whoever are involved. The Sayabouly dam must be consulted/agreed upon between Lao, Thai and neighboring countries that may be affected by the dam construction. As for the illegal logging, illegal immigrant issues, that's called illegal issues that are associated with corruptions. Are you going to tell every body that illegal migrant workers from Laos to Thailand must be consulted between the Lao and Viet government??? Your arguments are like those from a troll!
There are million of Vietnamese illegal immigrant in Laos that is what I am talking about, not talking about illegal Laotian in Thailand ,punk. Any way , the dam on Mekong river will affect Vietnam, Cambodia ,Thailand .It doesn't matter whose money will build the dam. It is just a minor thing to Vietnam . Vietnam is still have a lot of influence in Lao government with the major projects that conflict with China. Lao government must consult with Vietnam. The point is Laos still dominated by Vietnam to make it is clear to understand . You could cover up and lie what ever you want but that is the truth. Stop deluding yourself that is the fact.

So, finally you ran out of valid arguments and end up accusing others of lying. It's you who have been deluding yourself and telling lies. I have nothing to defend the communist LPDR. But when you keep exagerating every single number and argument you become a troll.
Yes, as I had already said earlier the Viet, and now also the Chinese and Thai, have a lot of influence on Lao PDR decision making because the LPDR need them. Laos used to depend on mostly the Viet for most help and access to the sea. Now the Chinese are increasing their investments in Laos and help fund so many projects, including the construction of facility for the previous ASEAN games and recently for the European-ASEAN meeting, the high-speed train and explorations of mineral resources etc.. The Thai have a lot of influences on Laos because not only they have to fund the Sayabouly dam's construction but importantly to buy the electricity produced by this dam and other dams, including Nam Ngum and Nam Theun II dams. Without a big buyer of electricity power like Thailand, the investments from the Chinese and Viet Laos will not have the financial resources that are critical for country development. Of course there are dirty corruptions on illegal forest logging and others going on underneath the surface that Lao people have seen popping up here and there without their knowledge. But when you talked about millions of illegal Viets in Laos? that's called troll, and you expect people to believe in you? Every body knows there are a lot of illegal Viet and Chinese immigrants in Laos. But millions???? even die-hard anti-communists won't be so dumb to believe in what you said. You have to be reliable and give your valid sources instead of letting your emotion control you.
