1. The French Republic has provided assistance worth 237 million euros.
2. The Portuguese Republic has provided US$192,658.

 

3. The Republic of Ireland has given US$3.68 million.
4. The Federal Republic of Germany has provided 290 million euros.
5. The Republic of Austria has provided 6.9 million euros in the form of low interest loans.
6. The Swiss Confederation has provided US$56 million.
7. The Italian Republic has provided US$756,296.
8. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has provided US$5.53 million.
9. The Kingdom of Sweden has provided US$58.72 million.
10. The Republic of Finland has provided assistance worth US$28.20 million.
11. The Kingdom of Denmark has provided US$15.60 million.
12. The Kingdom of Belgium has given US$20 million.
13. The European Union has provided assistance worth US$112.98 million.
14. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has provided US$14 million and 103 million euros.
15. The Kingdom of the Netherlands has provided US$5.87 million.
16. Laos owes the Republic of Bulgaria about US$7 million.
17. Hungary's assistance has amounted to US$8.60 million.
18. The Republic of Poland has not provided financial aid, but has given scholarships.
