You are right on one thing but also wrong on on thing. There are some degree and depend on how much the brain cell have been damage if too far gone . those people will die by himself no one medicine and doctor could help . Yes course , they are dangerous because of the addiction and they will do any thing to get the drug even to lie , steal and robe and kill but we must understand the nature of those that are not them but the drug . I am not here to defense them but to explain the dangerous so , we could prevent the kids to be the victim of the drug . I don't have all the answer for your questions , and are you going to lock them up for life or execute them for be the addict .As I said there are some degree and there some hope for some not , to whom their brain are too much damage and gone too far then there are no .Yes , it is a choice for the adult who should know better but it is not for kid who are pushed by the the drug dealers . Drug addict are no different from alcoholic and cigarette smokes which do the damage to the human health also. It will cost a lot of money to put in rehab . This is the war against drug that the DEA must face every day for 100 years from Heroin, cocaine . PCP, Methamphetamines, Opium ,marijuana ,Crystal Met , etc.. The United States spend billions to fight this war around the world and give the foreign aid to the country who help to fight the drug war. I have no answer for you but hope that you don't have the love one who is the victim as the owner of this topic .
