Only Lao citizen allow to buy the land in Laos. Please, consult with the law firm in Laos or international law firm who are expertise in this field to avoid to be rid off . I have heard that Lao American bought the land( worst a lot of money) in Laos and used their relative name and at the end their own relative rid them off and lost every thing because they trust their relatives too much. They could not win legally. If they caused too much problems to their relative, they might be wrongly accused to be Patikan and they will be put in prison or deport and not allow too come back to Laos again. Just be careful , there are too much scam .
