 Cuba and North Korea are ruling by the dictators that is too sad to see those people in those countries are suffering while their leaders are living in luxury life style. Cuba and North Korea are not the poor countries but the system, the dictators and the corrupted government make the people and the countries poor.

 Yes Sir....There are couples in my city too and I know them well.  No they r not the son or the nephew of the Lao leaders, but they r smart and they r here to study for Science & Engineers.  Asked when they accomplish their goals, will they stay here or go home?  Said not sure yet, if go home they will have 2b no body bcoz degrees from the west is not so popular as from Vietnam u know?  Contrary, Vietnam sent their students to study in US 3-4000 per year, 2nd only to China.  Lao on the other hand, sends only a handful of student here and sadly not all of them returns home when graduated.  This tells u that Lao has 2 follow the VN commies b4 anything else.
