Not untill Lao leaders are be able to improve the living standards, education/training and health care to a decent level for its people, to decrease poverty and early death rate among Lao children.

So many young Lao should not have to go to work as cheap labor in Thailand but work decent jobs in Laos. Laos should not be flooded by illegal Chinese and Vietnamese. There should be proper transparency in the administration to decrease corruption.

Laos is far from achieving these goals.
