This kinda thing had happened ever since Pha Chao Fah Ngum still run the Lan Xang Kingdom Ok, not just now.and our country Laos has the driving law just like any other developed country (even our country considered as poorest country in the world ) But, most drivers don't fellow the traffice law or rules of driving (Including My self, I mean forty something years ago 555) the problem was: the traffic cops is corrupted along with violators.
