My cousin told me that stadium is grass feeding field for cow and buffalo now. They use cow and buffalo to eat the grass instead of using lawn mover truck to do the job. No running water for watering field's grass and using as sanitarian of facility needed. It's very strong smell around the rest rooms section and spread to all over the sections near by. This happen was came from lack of money to pay for the stadium staffs to take care of it. By the way, the new road that they built to the stadium is now damaged and the pot holes are all the way to the stadium.
We don't know how much Laos govt. have to pay back Chinese businessman to build this stadium for 25th SEA games. Laos shouldn't be the host for 25th SEA games yet and should wait for a while to see the living of Lao people and the country are stabled and good shape first.
