I confused  in 1795 the Lao PRD took over all private business in Laos. Every thing must belonged to the state which caused a lot of business people fled Laos. My parents were just regular farmers and trader who earned honest living . One day my father kill his own pig for meat to feed the family. Not allow the western investors to invest in Laos and against capitalism until 1990 ,then the Lao PRD flick flack and try to ask  and ensure the foreign corporation and investor to come back to invest in Laos which is against their idea and their believe . If their want this why the revolution part stayed neutral since 1975 until now Laos would have a lot of foreign investors and more developed than Laos is it today. Lao PDR said every body are equal but what I saw ,the people in Laos some are very rich and most of the Laotian are very poor and are still in poverty. Laos is still the poorest country in South Asia and the least developed. Now the life is great and the world is wonderful for our family. If my parent didn't flee Laos , I probably have no opportunity to finish college and get a good job. Laotian who are 18 years in Laos have the right to vote for the house of representative . Well that is good direction to start . Soon Laotian people are getting smarter every day and open their eyes and see what are happening in the world in the 21st century. But there are still a lot of brain washing and covered up and lie from the governement.

After Lao commie took power in 1975, the government ordered every family to report the family households and belonging to them like: Money, land, rice field, houses, autos, cows, buffalo, pigs, dogs, birds, ducks and chickens. If people want to kill a cow, buffalo, pig, dog, even chicken or duck to feed their family or sell in the market they have to ask permission to kill from the top authority( KHUN-THERNG ) first, if they don't they will put the owner to jail and take over all the meat from the animal that they killed.

In 1976, a family that I knew them very well and were their house was side by side with my family hone in Ban Nongtha Vientiane. Father of that family was passaway before Lao commie took over Laos, mother had to take care 4 young kids age from 6 to 13 years old. She had to buy extra rice to feed her family for year long. She ran out of money to buy rice and cloths for her children she have to kill her cow to sell at the market without asking permission from top authority. Muong Chanthabury police head quarter came to arrest her in front of her 4 kids at her home, and took over all the meat that she will take those to the market in early morning away from her. During she was in jail for 4 weeks, the older one, 13 years old, of her kids took care of his younger sister and 2 younger brothers. My mom was given them foods to eat everyday plus gave them room to live in our home until their mother released from jail.  My family decided to freed Laos in 1980 and bring her family with us. She and her kids was in Ohio, United States in 1981.  All her 4 children was graduated from college and have good job and be their own families and still living in Columbus, Ohio. Mother was passaway couple years ago as same as my parents. We are still give in touch each other and respect each other like part of our family members.

No one want to freed away from motherland but we have no chance to stay in Laos. But thank you to Lao commie took over Laos other wise we didn't have today.

The truth is 20 years from now there will be 40 millions Chinese and 10 million Vitenamese living in Laos . And for sure Lao will look like Sip Song Pan Na which mean mor developped by the chinese and Lao will be the minority of our own country and soon Chinese will be the first language .In order to get a jobs every body must speak chinese like Sip Song Pan Na people.

Poor farmer killed their own pig for meat to feed their family , he went to jail but the high ranking government officers stole ten million of dollar from selling Lao wood and log and teak to the Vietnamese army and then go around the world and stayed in the five stars hotel .

I'm 100% Lao and stay Laos, regarding to illigal immigrant of vietnam and Chiness it doesn't mean that I don't worry about it I do, I love my mother land but how can I or Lao peoples do anyway we didn't blind and do noting, we try to suggest comment to GOV to find the way how to push illigal immigrant back their country. Lao GOV also doesn't keep quiet, they try to negotiage with China and Vietnam to find the solution too. Every thing should talk on reasonable and good condition not say a bad thing like you. The world to day every country are facing with immigrant not only Laos.

 Don't worry gentleman , there will millions and millions of Chinese and Vietnamese is Laos regardless you like it or not .The Chinese government pay the Chinese $10,000 dollars per person to settle in Laos.  What Lao government will try to do that is a joke, nothing There are thousand of illegal Vietnamese in Laos what Lao ,the Vietnamese have been committed the crime such raped and child molestation and murdered in Laos what the Lao government has done but to cover up and shut the Laotian people victims family up  with  little of money as the  settlement ,no jail time for the Vietnamese but to send them back to Vietnam . Lao is not united like Israeli . Lao people have been lost the war for centuries . So what could we do ? we are not united and there are always some traitors want to be in the power and careless  what it would cause to the Lao people and the country .The Laotian are living in the motherland won the war and always said they love the motherland because Laotian who have been kicked out of the motherland are traitors. Always lies and pointing finger to  other and blame each other. So who are the people, really sold Lao people and the country out ?Enough for the war of word , please tell  the truth Who was the liar and broke the treaty and who lie to the Lao people ?So Lao is still the poorest and least developped country ?  Laos has always been directly or indirectly conquering by the other nation  and it will always be this way.  Selfish , corrupted and betray that is Laotian. Don't blame the Vietnamese and the Chinese but Laotian that is the truth.

 Laos PDR can't do anything against China nor Vietnam because Laos is still paying back war loans to Vietnam and China.  Laos have long term to pay back these two notion war's debt many be a century term. China and Vietnam can do anything they want in Laos and Laos government just sit down and watching them that's all they can do.

From Luang Namtha up to China and Laos border line will filling up with millions of Chinese. Next 20-30 years an estimate 30 million Chinese will be in Laos and 15 million Vietnamese as well. In years 2060 Laos population will hit to 60 millions people.  Vientiane will packed with Chinese and Vietnamese and estimate of Vientiane population will be around 10 to 12 million people in 2060.

Chinese in Laos has projects to build several Chinese colleges and high schools to teach all Chinese language. Beside that Vietnam will build Vietnamese schools and Colleges also and now Vietnam demanded Laos teach Vietnamese language to Lao school from 3rd grade and up.

If Lao governments don't do anything about that Laos language will soon disappeared and Laos will be changed Lao official language to Chinese or Vietnamese instead.

Who said that all Lao Nork are rich and have good life and of course some are still poor and have to work very hard to support their families and also try to send money to help their families in Laos also. That is not the issue here, remember what you said. They don't stuck in the past as you accused them. All they want to see their families and relative in Laos to have a good living condition . They want to see Lao to have a good education system , good medical system , people have good job and good income , good road and high way and good communication system and good justice system no body above the law one and for all . They want to see Laos to be of out poverty . They to see Lao to be a better place to live nothing more and nothing less , understand . Many people think that if China attacke Philipines, Vietnam by their warships and will come out the winner, but reality is not that simple, true China has more warship, fighting jets than Philipines and Vietnam but they are not going to use all their military machines to go to war. I'm 100% Lao and stay Laos, regarding to illigal immigrant of vietnam and Chiness it doesn't mean that I don't worry about it I do, I love my mother land but how can I or Lao peoples do anyway we didn't blind and do noting, we try to suggest comment to GOV to find the way how to push illigal immigrant back their country.
