There was over 35 years already, Vientiane is still have no modern sewer systems or what?. Are they still let all sewer water go down to Park Pasack stream then to the Mekong river same as last 35 years ago? And some houses or residents don't have sewer canal connecting to road side sewer stream, are still using sewer truck pump it up???
