That's laughable that the thieves themselves try to tell others that strict laws are now needed after they spent years cutting down trees with the help of Vietnam who make billions from destroying Lao trees. There are no longer trees left to be cut. The small remaining forests in the southern part of Laos are being destroyed by the Lao soldiers and the Viets. The Lao leaders close their eyes.
