What kinda writer you want to be ? be more specific. Academic writer ? Article writrer ?Business writer ? Columnists writer ? Copywriter ? Freelance writer ? Journalist ?
He needs to be Journalist.Ofcoz he wants to write news he should study first.I think you should go to pass examination at NOUL in the Journalistic faculty there (5years study)or Fine Art in the ASEAN countries like Thailand,Singapore,Malaysia ,Vietnam or outside the region like : USA,UK,FR.
If no any condition,you should apply at the Lao Media organizations:Radio,TV,Newspapers as training on the job,but you should obtain university level in some special topic :Fine Art, social....not mathematic.
