I'm not sure that you know about Haddonchan (Thatkao village, island) has been effected by Chinese project and has to move to new land site in Xaythani District around 29 KM from the heart city (resulted from measuring by car meter). During meeting authorities and villagers, authorities stated that if who's able to move to new site as soon possible they will be povided fresh water and electricity so myself is one of the villagers who moved there, but nothing as well as their stated on the meeting, then we just got back to discussed about these issues and got result that if you need them you have to pay extra to installer otherwise you will be delayed because we're planing (Fck off corrupter)
