Wether you like it or not it already happened. So there's nothing you can do about it. and this is not the first time it had happened in Laos. But one thing I'm satisafying that ''fee'' go straight to the department of Telecommunication of Laos. hopefully they use that fee money to improve the line of communication like cable and telelphone line around the country.

If every Minister do like Mr. Hiam Phommachanh, Oh! my god! I cannot imagine what will be happened. I'm sure that Minister don't have enough time to do ordinary as well as Minister of Finance due to most of government revenue have to collect by this Ministry.
