If you learn more western (American) culture and comparing with eastern (Chiness, Lao, Thai etc..) culture are totally different. Their culture is self service not only ambassador who buy coffee by himself the precedent Obama also did. For Asia we prefer assistant to serve not wrong or not good or bad it depend on each culture and not easy to change it. Please do not sat this is a good or bad image to learn from.
