So when did you translated the words (Suspended into Completely-Stop ?) The other day I've read a China's News about High-Speed Rail Accident back in July, I didn't hear anything about completely stop on high speed rail Projects, They, the high level chinese officials only said they launching a nationwide safety inspection that's all. and there's noway they will stop their national prestige projects. Period, as for international connection, They would continues including Laos, they have sold to Malaysia and are involved in building systems in Turkey and Saudi Arabia...
