Its all start from Vietnam mass 5000 men into east of Laos and declared few mouths later Thailad see the opportunity to take the land when France colonized back so They mass 6000 men to Vientinne and take over the city in a day. Burma the military junta or a war hunger want to join in a meal too so they mass 6500 men to North West of Laos and take over land immedietly. China which see that if Vietnam take over laos and will get stronger, China mass 10000 men to North of Laos to hold position and take over stuff. Laos try to call for help from other countries but thier phone signal and internet are cut by the China even The UN dont even know this conflict. Laos has to develop Lao education a step ahead before develop the country, otherwise Laos is still long way to go to stand by their own feet. Laos need educated people to run and develop the country. Laos education is now still so far behind from every country in SEA and 158th country in the world as a low educated country. If Laos doesn't do anything or focus about education to go a step or more ahead Laos will be the same as today until next fifty years. A country became a developed and power country is from the people in that country have high education, not from people have high level of politic profiles.

There was over 35 years Laos education is still 100 times behind before 75's Laos education level. Many good talent student have no chance to attend college or university cause of they are poor and low class people, the good chances are always beside with the riches and high class people with bad educating. All the poor and low class people who they have good education have on chance to run the country that's why Laos is never go any where for 35 years. Laos is depending on skill workers from the foreign country because Lao skill workers are not qualified for any job who's employers are the foreigner companies.
I think that bad educational system is failure to build the country lao goes nowhere. There are risky about lao on environment too. Lao have huge forestry and now the forest almost gone because bad management and illegal lodge for their parties' pocket. if they could use those forest as value for the country and people so that they can cut those trees to sale for cash and build school and roads for rule area, then to improve the educational system and they at last produce more skills workers, instead they allowed chinese, vietnam and thai destroy and damaged environmental. nobdy complained because they got full of big money in their mount.
