I do not know much about Politics but I don't like the outsider criticise Lao government in the wrong way and only one side. The truth is Lao People elect their representative to sit in the National Assembly. These representatives then vote for the Prime minister or the President. So Lao people select their Prime Minister or the president indirectly. Lao people do elect their own leaders.

this is lao way of doing politic,not sure how US politic work can the president being sack? in australia the priminisster can be sack / replace by GG or party vote. so we're all lao and in the same boat why cant we just work together suport each other. good is lao bad is lao, so we have to live with it,unless you're hmong,viet,chiness.....
