Why are asking such a Question ?  (Who will let our country to be WTO member ?)  the Question should be '' If we become a member of WTOs, What products will we sell to other WTO members ? Not who will let us in ?   and wether or not, we,Laos, will joint it , It' up to us. (The World Trade Organizations is about Commerce, Buying or selling between a members) Its members have draw up and ratified a set of rules that generally don't allow governments to boycott for moral reasons.... but some governments can boycott by declaring a National Security Threat... Anyway, here is my personal opinion before we enter WTO, Laos need to develop modernize production facilities, better upstream industries, spining and weaving and well trained workers to be prepared for trade liberalization. support from the government is crucial, in particular market access negitiations and trade facilitation.

This article is reporting that this shop is selling illegal products (copy products) of CHANEL, GUCCI, DIOR, etc...

Can’t you see, the article said ‘OUR SHOP IS SELLING QUALITY COPY PRODUCTS...’

There, read!

Yes brother, i did read and completely understood what you try to say... the reason why i do not mention these fake stuffs because i know it all over the places, Downtown vientian, Suan jatujak, Thailand, all over china, we even have it here,  Cannal St, chinatown NY city. everytime i was walking down in Chinatown, i see a economy-police chased those chinese that selling the fakhandbages. it look normal to me. so as for WTO thing, the most important thing what we will be exporting to other WTO members ? forget about those fakehandbages, they will not going anywhere but stay in Laos. for example, Thailand is number one Rice Exporting country Right !!! they alway sentout grade AAA plus to Europ and America.  But how many thai citizens could afford  these kinda Rice back in Thailand ? i just foundout not many... hey, don't get me wrong brother, i know you concerning, i know that... and it' good debate bro...
