I don't mean that Laos doesn't have commandos and SWAT teams. Each country has its own forces but, Laos doesn't show their troops and their secret services. No commando troops or forces in Laos PDR only " DOCCONG " that's what they call them. Laos DUCCONG is very powerful secret army as same level as England and Israel Commandos.
It showed alot of weakeness for laos arm force that's why enimies won't scare them.
What do you mean by '' Show a lot of weakeness'' by seing they're wearing their sandals !!! you need to understand our country (Laos) is very hot thru-out the year plus if you are at the Camp or base outside the big City, you don't need to wear all those tight uniform or big boot, you know what i'm saying.... (the Enemies won't scare them,) Well, lao army really don't need to wear the whole uniform to scare their enemies... when it come to fight, they fight to their dead as you may know... we might not have the whole technology or hightech weapons like our surrounding neighbor countries. But we can fight anybody.......

hot or not flipflops are not praticle and safe for those soldiers to wear on this kind of line of duty my friend.
