ປັບປຸງສມັດຕະພາບແຮງງານລາວໃຫ້ມີປະສິດຕິພາບ.

May I add some of my comments with your ?

All the Universities in Laos must stop collecting
under table fee from studen. Rich student have
no problem to attend any of those Universities
but, the poors have no chance at all. All good
educating student are mostly from the poor, they
had stucked after high school cause of huge money
for under table fee. The rich student had less well
educating than the poor, they don't care what they
would be in the future because their parents had
money for them to spend all the rest of theit life.
Finally our country have low well educated people
to run the country. The government should support
the rich or poor same opportunity with whom have
well educating.

When I visited LAOS in 2009, I asked my brother , why did you send your daughter to study in China? He answered me ' because chinese people are very good in doing business and trade, so that's why I sent her to China....this matter is private, and got nothing to do with political or government involve....just he wanted his daughter to known how to do business and doing well in life.

Is there any body has any idea that Lao not to learn from
Vietnam and China?

I would like to sugest that Lao don't need to learn any lessons from chinese or vietnam. Lao needs to learn to fight corruption more and more. Lao needs to learn to help themselve and stand by their own to legs. first of all lao needs to protect borders and strength police force and army force. with gov. support them with modern weapons for polices and armies to control the borber line and make sue themslves and their family taking good care of. I think lao gov. have all of money that to do these things, but they prefer to do corruption in their party. As you can see that today every lao officials are getting richer and they have slaver drive their to work and they have own two to three car used for their own privat and they live good live, them police and army in the front line border and the country and people still poor. Did you know it that Lao Gov. earned alot of money from foriegn currency from tourism and Lao over sea who sent money each yearly to their family at home and plus international donor and estimat worth 1.5 billion US dollar a year. in my openion, Lao needs strong army and strong police force for the future to come. Lao needs to think country and citizens first when the country get richest and people rich and your neighbor countries like China, Vietnam and Thailand will respect us. at the same times gov. needs to invest more on modern weapon and technology to secue the border lines. What do you think ?

Lao shouldn't learn from Vietnamese:

1. Not to learn to steal from them.
2. Not to learn to lie from them.

Where ever Vietnamese are ( mixed with Lao people ) the problems are
multiplied. Lao properties got break in and entering by the Vietnamese,
and took all valuable things. If they got caught, they denied to all the
crimes that they commit to do. They are good liars.
