i agree my ear was deaf , where is reponsible authority , non sense to turn on loud music , espacially the stage of electric cart for children , Govt should pass the regulation , the main thing is safety for spectator and publique

In the States, the Govt. is requiring to have sound measuring to any music or concert stage to protect hearing loss. Laos Govt. should pay attention about protection its people hearing loss.
