ຂ໋ອາໄພນຳດ້ວຍທີ່ຂພຈບໍ່ມີຄວາມສາມາດແປເປັນພາສາລາວໃດ້.

There are no specific foods to eat that will stimulate production of breast milk, but there are things that can help with milk production. More important than what you eat is how your baby eats. When a baby is properly positioned, well-attached and sucking effectively, the longer a baby nurses at your breast the more milk will be produced. This is the single most important way to increase your milk production.

From a diet and nutrition standpoint, there are two important factors critical to producing milk. The first is drinking enough fluid. It doesn't have to be milk; water or juice is fine. You may be producing from 20 to 40 ounces of fluid a day, and that's quite a lot. Thirst is a good indicator of need, but may not do the whole job. It's a good rule of thumb to drink a bit more, past being quenched. It is also a good habit to fill a glass of water for yourself to drink while your baby is nursing. Nursing requires about an extra 500 calories per day. Women that go on restricted diets in an attempt to lose weight while they are nursing may be eating too few calories, which leaves them fatigued and without the energy necessary for optimal milk production.

I have the best untold traditional way of increasing production of breast milk for new infant. Because this herbal practice was learned from Hmong elder near our village and that was an amazing medicine that I ever seen, when my mum at her 40s and she could not produce breast milk to feed my little sister for almost a week; we though my sister would die but thank god, we found the best Hmong elder that provide this herbal medicine to save my little sister and she is now studying nursing at her final year in a foreign country. If any of you would like to know about the food/medicine please let me know.

By the way, please don’t ask me why my mum had a child when she was at 40s. I have no answer about this because in those days people know very little about the danger of mother in having pregnancy in old age; but I can tell you guys that my mom had an extraordinary experience in giving birth her children that I have never seen a woman did like her because she had triplet-sons and she has twine-sons. I know... sounds like animal, but it is true folks, so altogether she has seven children including me, 5555.
