I posted my comment about the condition of the new SEA game stadium in Laos after the SEA game's over since the first day they were starting to build it. My comment seams to be true that I were talking about Laos will leave this stadium destroyed by the nature, because Laos governments don't have the budget for the stadium keepers. Soon or later after the SEA games this stadium will be a farm of the cows by feeding them with football field grass.
Develop people is needed for Laos before develop the country.
Laos is still need to develop in many field , talk about language doesn't matter how many tribe we have , the official language must be LAO language only and Lao TV must broadcast only Lao language , if TV broadcast in many tribe language it will create more confusing for its population , because each tribe migth not same information . and for foreigner resident in Lao , Lao TV should broadcast only english , because english is INTERNATIONAL language . in over all it will cut cost and save the nation budget too.

in my opinion is good if you can understand both language Lao+english , many countries in the world they are adopted english as their official or second language beside their primary or their own tougue , the world need english language to use on trade , tourist , education or other business between each countries , which country use english language lead their country more advance with world stage sittuation .
