Most Lao people are misunderstanding that the people who are living in oversea
are riches especially in the U.S. You are right, some oriental people nad or Americans
it self are poor like a hell. They are homeless stay on the street, eat foods from garbige
cans, take a bath at the park or public rest area. I see many Laotian in the town where I am went to Laos and acted like millionaire, is o.k. to be Laos Kip currency millioaire, but they came back from Laos with broken ( Bard Phern u muong lao oat ong kheu thewada, Bard karb mar America Khee Meo tam dong )  and when go back to work is looking for O.T. and work all his ass up. Some one can't make car payments and the rent, they take
a car away and kicked out of appartment.

Many old men 50-60 year of age married with Lao girl 17-18 year old ( their ages as same as their daughters ages ), when they brought them to the U.S. pushed them to work in the factory, some push them to early pregnant because scare her leaving with young Laotian boy. Anyway, I saw many those young girl run away with young kids.   Laotian young kids in my town don't have to pay any money to marry with young beautiful girl from Laos, they are only waiting for their grandpa go get marry them and bring to the U.S. and later they will take over.
