I completely agree with you. However, who will be monitor the money how it is being spent. I am hoping the ADF hires someone who really want to help Laos in this field. Remember corruptions begins from the top-down. Otherwise Laos would be prosper if all the foreign aids were used properly, that includes building new roads, hospitals, schools, and many other infrustructures. I think Laos should follow either China or VietNam how you deal with the corruptions. I know it takes times to educate everyone to avoid any misused of the government funds as well as all the foreign aids. But there is always some punishments to those who intentionally do over and over again. Allow people to be the ownership of the country and all media should report based on facts. This will send the message to those who want to steal the valuable things that belong to them. Better education is a must for all the laotians to develop the country. Please spend 90% of the money to make this to be the first step in developing our country. Please help the laotians to be educated!!!!!
All the boss in Laos have cone head, soon their head will turn to be " Konh Mark Khang "and then will be sprint heads " Hua Panh " because more money they want to have more honey.
