If Laos needs help to develop the country just go to
the south Korea and make very good relationship with
the them is better then the North.

Don't see any help from North Korea to develop Loas PDR yet.

If need help to learn Marc-Lenin old fashion of communist
politic just go to the North.

Now is 20th century, it's not same an old 19th century. The
road of Marc-Lenin was dead since the fall of Berlin wall in mid
80's. All Europe communist countries and its super sonic CCCP
turned down their choices to capitalism, only China, North Korea,
Vieatnam, Laos and Cuba are still keeping continue follow the stupid
highway of Marc-Lenin.

It said that North Korea ( in BBC report ) did not have good relationship with Laos and Vietnam, because these 2 countries did not like the way North Korea seeing their leader like god, according to BBC North Korea even turned down and not accepting charity goods from Vietnam, but at the end North Korea still had to send their officials to study in Vietnam in Economy managements and reforms.....I read this report last week in BBC. Maybe that's why no red carpet for Lao's Priminister.
