This project was an old one before Laos PDR. The government plan to move this technic school to Dong Dok district. University Sisavangvong ( Phet-Sard ) and Law school ( IRDA ) was also plan to move out from downtoun of Vientiane too.
They want 5 main universities: IRDA, Phet-Sard, Teachnic school, Karset-sard and ECOLE NORMALE ( Sang Khou Dong dok ) to be in same district at Dong Saphang Meuk's area. Those projects was the old projects before falling of Royaume du Laos. So happy to hear that Laos PDR government keeping continue to get those projects done.
I am sorry my computer cannot type Lao but I do agree that Lao authority will move these two institutions as they are too crowded in the city especially the nursing college at Thatdam area, no parking at all, the building is too narrow, and easily to get accident... We still have plenty of empty space...move out and expend our city....I totally agree with this planning.
