Mr. Kavi Siprachar and his 16 classmates was in Laos after the 14 Octber in 70's. They were spending time with " Kong Thub Pot Poy Pasaxon Lao " over 10 years. He went back to Thailand in the 80's, some of his friends was followed him and some of them had family and are living in Laos until present time.
