You're asking how you can have a big arms. First of all, I used to have a big arm bcoz I worked out 4/5 times a week. Also eating the right food, consuming a lot of proteins & milk shakes. There's GNC store that sells all these products 4 body or arm building. If you just need to get big arms, then concentrate on the curl w/dumb bell. Start out light weight first around 20 lbs.; Do 5 sets of 20 reps. Use the same weight 4 about 3 weeks, then move on to the next 30 lbs. Do the same 5 sets of 20 reps. You don't have to work out everyday, just Mon, Wed, Fri ; 4 me I worked out everyday but I do different part of my body, for instance, Mon. I work on my bicep, Tue I work on my leg, Wed. I work on my chest and so on. So do your arm curl til you can do dumb bell of 70 lbs. each side no problem. I bet this only take you about 6 months if you stay on top of it and follow thru.
