The closing day of that meeting there was [ kin khao samakee party ] and Uncle Sisavath Keobounphanh was a representative of [ phuck pasason pativath lao ] given his speech for closing meeting. I am remember one phrase of his speech said:
[ next 30 years Laos PDR will be the same level of CCCP today ] [ nai 30 pee thang nar nee phathet lao khong hao chr mee khuam char-lern thieb thao kub sahaphab soviet nai pachuban nee ]
Is today Laos PDR same level of CCCP in 1976?

35 years that new government run the country under communist rules. The most of schools in [ ban nork ] are same last 35 years ago, nothing change!!!!!!!!!!!
Education systems are number one priority project for the government to develop since the begining of Laos PDR. Before 75's Laos education level was international level, after 75's Laos PDR education couldn't compare to any country in the SEA.
