um.. i dont think so because Lao doesn't have the ocean but it could be happen in the northern of laos because it closes to china i had an experiences about earthquake one, it was 4:04 am and i was sleeping on my bed, and i felt like someone was shaking on my bed very hard but then i realize that it was an earthquake, kindda funny for me somehow lol
