it is seldom we had to heard about phongsali province some people said there is a the forgotten province of laos i have been two times to visited there was so sad people were very poor trink water, electricity, the roads link to other province remain poorly they can not travel whole year when the rainy season. the old woman said to me i had lost 2 sons they were in the army they both die in the battle in luang nam tha-bokeo in 1974-75 and now i am 83 years old and very poor the government don't help me i would like some money to bye a coffin when i die. i would like to ask lao people with wich reason the government lacked this province to developed? from the news of rfa.org __________________

Phong Saly is land of both old and present time governments put this province behind. They let the people live with nature more likely to be modern people same as others places in Laos. The people in this region are still living same life style before 200 years ago. Very poor of transportation, communications even educations. No modern hospital, no high school, college or university only primary school is higher educate in this province. People of this region are good people. they are very friendly, kindness and polite. Government needs to do something to raise level of this province up to be the same level of the others. __________________
