No medecine in the world is the best medecine to stop " PHAYATH " corruption. Laos is in top 10 list of the corruption countries in the world and #1 top list of third world countries. Both PATIKAN and Laos PDR governments have same issues of CORRUPTION.

Before and after 2nd December 1975 I was forced to attend SAMANAR sessons, and was teaching from lead politician " AI-NONG " who was only broken lao reading. He blamed Phouy Sananikone and his fellow top rank governments " KEEN BANE KEEN MUONG " or CORRUPTION.  How about now ?      Corruption is priority issue that non of any "PHOO NAM " can't solve it since 1975 to present time.

We all know most of PHOO NAM from neo lao hack sad had under 5000 kip of personal belonging before they moved to the capital Vientian in 1975. Now all Laotian know how they are!!!!    How could they earned money so fast?
