ຄວາມຈິງແລ້ວ ແມ່ນຈຸດອ່ອນຂອງລັດຖະບານລາວທີ່ຂາດຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບ ບໍ່ເອົາໃຈໃສ່ເຊິ່ງແຍງຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ຂອງປະຊາຊົນຜູ່ທຸກຍາກ. ຖ້າລັດຖະບານບໍ່ເກັບເງິນຄ່າຮຽນ ທຸກຄົນກໍ່ສາມາດເຂົ້າໂຮງຮຽນ ເມື່ອມີວິຊາຄວາມຮູ້ກໍ່ມີວຽກເຮັດງານທຳ ເມື່ອມີວຽກເຮັດໃນລາວ ກໍ່ບໍ່ຕ້ອງດີ້ນຮົນໄປເຮັດວຽກເປັນຂ້ອຍຂ້າບ້ານເຂົາ.
ຮອດເວລາແລ້ວທີ່ທ່ານຜູ່ນຳຄວນຕື່ນຈາກກອງເງິນມາເຮັດໜ້າທີ່ໆປະຊາຊົນມອບໝາຍໃຫ້.

        How did that Thai lady snicked in Laos then grabed that poor 13 years old girl to Thailand without any problem to cross the Mekong river?
         Are there any border control officers at the check points on both Laos and Thailand sides, and are they working properly or just proten to be " NO SEE NO TELL?" 

This case is blamming on both Laos and Thailand's border control officers. If they do their job, nothing gonna happen.

Well, as the article said the girl was slept all the way, that meant she must be put in the car boot or somewhere hiding the immigration check point!

I BELIEVED SHE GOT DRUG HER UP BY THAT THAI WOMEN BEFORE TAKE OFF FROM LAOS TO THAILAND. BUT I WONDER HOW DID SHE GET AWAY FROM LAOS AND THAILAND CHECK POINTS? 

MR. & MRS. LAOS GOVERNMENT, NOW IS TIME FOR YOU TO DO SOMETHING TO PROTECT YOUR POOR POPULATION NOT TO FALL IN THIS ASHAME SITUATION NO MORE.  PUT ALL YOUNGSTERS IN SCHOOL. GIVE ALL SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO THE POORS, DON'T CHARGE MONEY FROM THEM PLEASE.
