Thai will always treat Lao like we're Lao Isaan who's being treated as a slave in Thailand. Believe me a majority of Lao Nauwk do not admire Thai or think so highly of them we just think of Thai like one of the ethnic group that live among many other ethnicities here in U S A . We adopted more of western way of life , but practice Lao tradition and culter. I'm so use to the media here it's so foriegn to me when it comes to Thai media it seems to me that they are trying very hard to be like a Western & European , but they're still off in many ways . I think that if Lao want to improve the way of life and entertainment areas they should get their ideas from a bigger and a more powerful countries ,not Thailand
Only an uneducated Laotian would take after Thai , the ones that are from rural areas of Laos. I strongly suggest that every Laotian who lives abroad encourages their loved ones who live in Laos to stop relying on Thai medias. This is something that I believe Lao people can do without because this is not a necessity . From Lavender
