Striker Teerasil Dangda, captain Panupong Wongsa and goalkeeper Kawim Thamsatchanan, who ply their trade for reigning Thai Premier League champions Muangthong United, were all named in the side, and are joined by Buriram United left-back Theerathon Bunmathan and Chonburi winger Anucha Kitpongsri.
All five played key roles in the War Elephants' run to the 2012 AFF Suzuki Cup final, where they were ultimately beaten by Singapore, who have three representatives in the side.

Lions captain Shahril Ishak has been named up front alongside Teerasil after his Most Valuable Player-winning exploits in last year's regional tournament, along with centre-back Baihakki Khaizan and midfield enforcer Mustafic Fahrudin.
Rising star Kyi Lin of Myanmar, who's also in the running for the Player of the Year prize, has been named on the right-side of midfield, while Malaysia skipper Safiq Rahim and Vietnam right-back Nguyen Minh Duc round off the side.
As revealed on Tuesday, Teerasil, Shahril, Kyi Lin and Philippines veteran Emelio Caligdong are the four players vying to be named Player of the Year, while Thai young gun Chanathip Songkrasin is the frontrunner for the Youth Player of the Year award; the BEC Tero Sasana star up against Vietnam's Nguyen Van Quyet and Laos' Keoviengpheth Lithideth.
The coaches of the four semi-finalists at last year's Suzuki Cup - Radojko Avramovic, Winfried Schafer, K. Rajagobal and Michael Weiss, while all four teams are also in the running to win the National Team of the Year prize.
