Laos leaders only big talk that's why. They don't care about pasason or the pple in the country, they just set their eyes on who's gonna come donate the money so they can put in their pockets. For the last 20 yrs, I can't name one School, or Hospital that Lao Gov't built for the sake of Lao pple. I mean Lao Gov't , not the aids from Japan, Korea or Singapore, Australia etc... If anybody can name them, please let me know and I take it as valuable lesson. Thanks in advance..
