Populations of both countries have the right to go work in the other country????? my As$! No Lao people would go to work in Vietnam, except for the few students and officials who go to be endoctrinated in Vietnam. Only those millions of illegal Vietnamese will try to enter Laos and invade Lao land and steal job from Lao people, any simple jobs that Lao people used to do. It's sickening how these ants are shamelessly invading Laos and steal Lao jobs. No countries in the world would let this stoopid thing happen to their country and people.
