That is different subject . What I am talking about is the living condition between Lao American refugees workers and the Chinese workers who earn about $3 dollars per day . Of course , President Obama wants the American billionaires investors and American big corporations such as Apple & Levis...etc to move the factories from China , India . Mexico and other countries to the US. So the American workers could have the jobs. As you know the US is the free country the American investors will move their factories to any where that they could make more money and save money on labors which has no union pay , no pension , no work comp and no benefit and what so ever and don't have to worry about environment toxic wast ...etc.. I never meant that Lao American earn $3 per day in the United Sates that is impossible for any one to make a living in the United States and you should know better . What I meant to compare the living condition between the Chinese factory workers who earn about $ 3 per day in China and Lao American refugee living condition in the United Sates .

Lao nork have a chance to go to school and university and have more opportunity than Lao Nia kids from the countryside but some of them drop out and became gang members and scam bag. I guarantee there's not any of my family's members and relatives are including with those people that you were talking about, wherever in the United States or in Laos as well.

I have 3 children, my older daughter was born in O.B. hospital Vientiane in 1979 and she now is a heart Physician. My younger daughter was born in Lao refugee camp in Philippines in 1981, she is a lawyer, and my baby son who's born in the United States in 1973, he's a banker specialist and working for GM auto factory in Detroit Michigan.

All my cousins and relatives in Laos have good educated and mostly they are working for Laos Government and some are opening their own business.

I am a retiree, every winter I go to stay in Laos from October to April and live in my own retirement home that I built around Ban Done Noon, Tha Ngorn district. I am retired after my 25 years of service as a police officer.
