Yes, this is so shame. Everytime when I entered the checkpoint on the way out in Wattay International Airport during visiting Laos. The officer always asked me " Do you have extra money for us to go buying some drinks and Lunches?". and of course, that I gave them some moneys, but I hope they don't do this to foreighners. It's kind of shameful. But for konlao is ok for sometime. but now, they do that all the time. so the Head officers should do something about this. They should make a video recording and report to the Boss, so they can replace a New officers and should be strickly to this point. Otherwise, Laos is still behind most of the other countries, what do you say guys?..
