Andy why thai people look down on lao people, I just read Nitarn kon lao nitarn konthai,it sounds like they said in youtube in a video clip called Vientiane...for no reason they jumped in and said AI LAO AI KUAI FANG FENG THAI, DOO NUNG THAI AI LAO AI KUAI. why they did that.

IF you live in CANBERRA the Capital of AUSTRALIA, you have similar problem, in Winter at 5.00 pm it already gets dark, but streets light, public light were program to be turn on at 6,00pm. wheather in LAOS they are on by progam (computing ) or by hand.
And in the reverse during Summer in Canberra at day break at 5 in the morning that's mean plenty of light, but streets light,public light program to be OFF at 6 am in the morning so you waist lot of electricity for nothing.
