 There is no constitutional law in PDR government that ban you not to marry your own cousin, Unless you marry your own sisters/ brothers...

It is not a good idea to marry a person with the DNA too identical to yours. gene disorders are most likely, get your DNA and hers checked out. If your DNA and her are matched then forget about it
